  • Not sure what happened here but talk about going from a Hero to a Zero. (Was once a 5 start glowing review) Wife went in for some recent emergency dental work. The dentist who inspected her attempted to upsell her on work she did not need. Work that would have cost us 5000 to 7000 hard earned dollars. When my wife denied that they moved forward with the initial steps of the process he became quite combative and told her to leave. She went to another dental clinic and there wasn't even a problem. A good business is only a good business if they put effort into it. As far as the dentist who yelled at my wife...in what world is that acceptable?
