  • I have been eating and loving these doughnuts for quite a while, but last weekend we had friends visit from Iowa. One of my friends, Lisa, is gluten free. I told her about Pandamonium, and mentioned that they have some gluten free doughnuts that are delicious, so we went to the Farmer's Market Saturday morning. Lisa loved them, and even bought a dozen to take back to Iowa because her daughter is also gluten free. Lisa is the second gluten free person I have turned on to Pandamonium. The Minnesota Gopher basketball beat writer for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Star-Tribune, Amelia Rayno, said Champaign-Urbana has become her favorite Big Ten road trip because she loves doughnuts, but hasn't been able to have them until she learned about Pandamonium.
