This off the Strip hotel and casino is a great place if your looking to be away from the strip but close enough to be near the action. Overall a good choice if your traveling with the family. Since there is a large bowling alley and 18 screen movie theater on the second floor with an arcade.
Plus the Arena is popular for a wide range of events. Mostly all of Las Vegas High Schools utilize the arena during the month of June for graduation ceremony so expect it to be busy for the whole month. During December you'll come across tons of people in town for the Rodeo/NFR and usually country acts are lined up to perform at the Arena or showrooms. It gets really busy during the week of Christmas up into the New Year. In late January and early February, you'll come across a lot of Asians for the Chinese New Year actually Lunar New Year.
Overall, we had no issues with the rooms being dirty. Everything was clean and seemed like they updated the rooms and hallways. Considering the fact Vegas residents are used to so many options when it comes to hotel rooms. So I'm used to staying at more modern and over the top rooms like Bellagio, Aria and Cosmo. I believe we still have the most Hotel Rooms in the U.S.
Pro Tip: The shuttle service was a cool aspect for the guests to use. I personally did not use the service but my family did and was quite pleased with the service.
