rev:text	I won't go anywhere else!! This is the first time I've had a car repaired since moving to Phoenix 6 years ago. I went to Select based solely on their yelp reviews, and I am glad I did. I had my estimate for repairs done at a local dealership and had at that time decided to also use their auto shop to have the work done. But I changed my mind after reading their reviews and because I didn't like the overall feel of their auto body repair area. I then checked out the body shop run by the same company that I bought my BMW from. I figured if they repair the BMWs they sell, that the service would be highly rated--not so. That's when I started searching on yelp. Every step of the process was pain-free and even pleasant (except for picking up the rental car which wasn't Select's fault). Family-owned, clean facility (inside and out), friendly people, easy to work with, close location... I can go on, but I won't--you get the picture. I was told it would take 3 days--work was completed by 3:00 of the 3rd day, which I would consider more like 2 days, especially if I had picked it up that night. I drove directly to Select the next morning to pick up my car because they also take care of getting the rental back to the agency, which was a real bonus as I needed to get to work. Payment process went smoothly, even though they needed to follow up with my insurance company as their estimate was a little low (no surprise there). My car pulled up, I examined the repair work (flawless), instructions for the care of my car were clear, a handshake and a sincere "thank you" and I drove off with a smile on my face. Select Auto Body should be the model for all small business owners.
