  • I took my 2 dogs to the grooming center for the first time last week. Libby was our groomer on 1/21/2015. I called to ask about how they might handle a new adopted dog from the dog pound, he is shy and I didn't want to stress him out. She was welcoming on the phone and in person. When we arrived she greeted both dogs down on their level and spent extra time with the new dog reassuring him. I broke down in tears leaving them in a new place, and Libby was extremely understanding, offering to call me if there were any problems and to only do what he was comfortable with. I can't say enough good things about my first time at PetSmart for grooming. The retail store is nice too with very helpful employees.
