This review is for the Spa desk staff and Management.... I have stayed at the Hotel a few times as a guest previously and had a really nice experience. I bought a Groupon for a day pass spa access and a yoga class. Happy face. Upon calling I was discouraged to find out that they only had four class times available throughout the entire week, which didn't work with my schedule, the front desk girl then offered to schedule a private class for me for A small up charge I happily agreed. Happy face. She said she would check with the instructor and call me back with a possible times. About a week later I went through my Groupon account and noticed that my Groupon voucher for the spa had already been REDEEMED?! I called the spa to try and inquire about the situation, expecting it to be a mistake and quickly cleared up, they said that I had done a "no call no show" for my private yoga class which I had never scheduled?! After speaking to three different women over three different days all claiming to be a manager (???) I was finally left a voicemail telling me that I would have to buy another Groupon if I wanted to visit the spa. I called the front desk back again a fourth time and said that I was unhappy with this resolution and felt that it was unprofessional and bad customer service as I had never been even been told the supposed time and date of my missed appointment. This was supposed to be a treat to myself as a relaxing day that I was really looking forward to and I'm really sad that I now have a very bad impression of the spa at this hotel. I am a local and frequent Lake Las Vegas regularly for both personal and business. To date the situation has never been resolved in any way.
