  • This place is a scam. I'm warning you, don't go here. The tech rushes through, hurts you, and never holds the ultrasound probe still in order for you to see your baby move. My baby was face down and we couldn't see much of her profile. She kept telling me to come back in 2 weeks. I kept telling her ok I will come back but she wouldn't stop and let me off the table. First she suggested that I empty my badder and when I agreed she made me wait and never actually let me. Then they wanted me to drive all the way back in 2 weeks to try again for another $30. They refused to give me anything from today's visit. I just asked for my money back and the lady told me no because I took up 20 mins of her time. I was ready to stop less than 5 mins into it since the baby wasn't cooperating but the tech kept pushing and prodding on my belly and was very rough. I want my money back since I refuse to go back there and be put through that again and because I left there with not even one single picture of the baby, let alone anything else in the $89 package I paid for, ahead of time not even knowing I would end up with nothing. The receptionist was downright rude and disrespectful and neither the tech or her showed any compassion. They were mad that I wanted the $89 package because it included so many pictures. They tried to talk me down and I explained to them that I chose that package specifically for the DVD. She tried to talk me down to the $79 package and then told me to add the $9 DVD. Well that's a no brainer. For $1 more I was supposed to get 25 more pictures so why not??? Then the tech told me that was a bad idea and she said "I know you probably weren't thinking when you bought this package." I told her actually I WAS thinking and didn't appreciate her talking to me like that. Long story short, I will never ever go back to this place nor would I ever recommend this place who scams people out of their hard earned money. I drove all the way there, gave them my $89 and left with nothing but tears in my eyes and $89 left in my pocket. What a horrible terrible experience for my family to have to endure. Today was suppose to be a good day and it turned horrible when I was so excited. Please do not trust this place.
