| - I've been a customer of Thaku's Menswear since almost a year ago. I've shopped there at least six times, and have bought around fifteen shirts, eight pants, three shorts, and two belts from them. They're fantastic. They sell only high quality, classy looking stuff. I've experienced only friendly, useful, expert customer service from them. Mostly I've shopped at the Arrowhead (Glendale) store, but I've also been to the Scottsdale store.
Thaku's selection is terrific--better than at the classy department stores that I've browsed through, because there is such a concentration of great stuff in Thaku's; whereas, in the department stores, I've had to wander from rack to rack, wading through all of the "meh" articles to find the relatively few good ones. If the department stores got rid of the boring stuff and presented only the good, then that would be more like shopping at Thaku's (but without the expert service!). And of course, if your size is too large, tall, small, or short compared to the standard stuff that department stores have, then Thaku's becomes essential to you, because they've got the sizes that department stores don't. Further, even forgetting about sizes, you won't find some of the stuff at a department store that you find at Thaku's--I'm talking about the brands and styles of clothing.
Thaku's is a great place to shop, and I am very fortunate for having found them.
