Let me start this by saying Fred and his guys that actually moved our stuff - they were great! Efficient and professional.
We booked our move in advance. We were supposed to get a confirmation call the day before. That never happened. The move was supposed to start between 730a-9a on a Saturday. We called very early Saturday morning and spoke to Wyland. He stated he remembers talking to us and did save the move but the system "didnt save it". We needed a morning start as we have toddlers that needed to be out of the house all day with the baby sitter. Our move ended up starting at 1130a! 4 hours late. This cost us more money because extra time with the babysitter. My kids came to a new home with people still unloading a truck - not the best. The very late start pushed things back so much for us. I called the following business day to discus with Steve. That is 5 minutes I can never get back. He did not hear a word I said. I know this because his comments were not about my issue. He kept saying "well, we got the job done". I was asking for consideration on my bill for the move. He was not willing to go talk to anyone above him to see what could be done. He stated we had the best "rate" of anyone that day. That does not solve the issue. He seems to not give a damn about what happened. Oh well, I guess when people ask me, I will tell them my experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage of Las Vegas, Inc
