  • The horrible customer service and well-documented intimidation policies and tactics used by the owner of this company, combined with tiny, sticky seats make Suburban Express and their affiliates a dinosaur. Will never use them again. The U of I should really look at cutting any relationship with this outfit including removal from websites, etc
