  • I cannot say enough good things about this place. They were so great to work with when purchasing our wedding rings. The manager Nate was exceptional! When what the designer claimed was the matching wedding band to my engagement ring didn't look right when soldered together, Nate made it his mission to make sure I was happy with the end result. I was so impressed with how much effort he put into making me happy! He kept in constant contact with me, with the status of his conversations with the designer, and in the end, The Diamond Center ended up altering my rings for me to get them to line up correctly and look amazing when soldered, since the designer didn't care. Although we have moved out of the Madison area, we will certainly be back in the future for any of our jewelry needs!
