  • Incredibly rude driver (taxi #227) and a horrendous taxi experience from start to finish. After driving away from the airport curb and entering the highway, the driver finally understood my destination, which was 5 miles away from the airport. He then he yelled at me for why even bothering getting into this taxi if it's so close, and said I had to pay a minimum of $16. I was okay with that since the bill was always around that amount anyways. When he arrived at my destination, I told him I would be paying with credit card. At this point, he again yelled out "Why you not even have $16! Short trip and credit card!" making the entire process very uncomfortable. He then fiddled with the meter and bumped it up since I didn't have cash. After listening to his muttering and watching his rude gestures as the credit card was processed, I left a small tip because I was already having a poor experience. He had a bewildered expression on his face and asked me if I was going to tip $5. I'm shocked he even expected a tip at all. I will never use this cab service again.
