So I have tried nearly all of the ramen spots in Vegas and this is one of the few locations which I haven't visited yet. The seating is very limited so naturally there was a little bit of a wait.
After making it to the bar area me and my wife were extremely rushed to make a drink order as well as a food order right away. I ordered the spicy pork broth with nori and egg along with a hot tea. The hot tea came out right away inside a very hot can which was placed inside a cheap plastic cup. This is the first time in my life I was ever served a "hot tea" this way, and I unfortunately burnt my fingers quite badly picking it up. After pouring it in the cup which the can was inside I decided not to drink it, not only because of the awful taste, but I was attempting to be conscious of the potential health hazards.
My ramen came out almost instantly afterwards; but to my dismay, the broth was nearly ice cold, and there was no nori inside either. Other reviews have stated that the broth wasn't hot either, so my theory is that they make it that way to turn tables as fast as they can; as I felt extremely rushed by our server who was already making mistakes with my order. The noodles and eggs were the only two things in the bowl that tasted up to standard. I was able to get the nori off my check, and I had to deal with a slight stomach ache afterwards, but thankfully nothing too terrible.
I am very happy that I was finally able to eat here so I know very well that I should never come close to this place again. There are many great ramen spots in town, and this is absolutely not one of them!
