  • Past, in the past..2010-2015 this place used to be good! This is close to home, would drop off my car and walk home, get a call later, they would give me a breakdown of what attention needed to be looked at on my vehicle. And I have taken 5 cars here in the past. My boyfriend took his work Truck here synthetic oil was needed , and tire rotation. My BF marked the tires, to verify that they were in fact getting rotated. Good thing he did because they were not! He went in and told Justin the manager, the manager assured him that they were in fact rotated, he assisted with the rotation in fact! Turns out Justin got the vehicle confused with another vehicle in the shop. People make mistakes I am aware. With that being said I give the place another shot. Take my next vehicle there Maintenance required light came on (oil change ) Again I drop off my car and hour and a half later (pretty quick) they call me car done. Pay, go to my car, it BARELY starts! Oh and now a check engine light is on wtf!? I proceeded to tell once again the manager Justin, that check engine light was never on before, and when car did finally start, it was a WEAK! I'm not an idiot I know how my car is supposed tostart, and how strong it sounds. He finds the problem something was knocked loose when they were checking fluids. People make mistakes I know! He got a new part, check engine light went away, but the start is still NOT as strong! Needless to say Justin was apologizing because this is two vehicles within months of each other that I have had instances occur. Is this place more quantity over quality? Do I give them a third chance ??
