  • This ia a great place to learn about Tae kwon do. Having practiced Tae kwon do myself growing up I know how much you can gain from it - both in terms of discipline and control as well as from a sports perspective. The guys behind Sangrock are worldclass. Master Singh is very involved in the global Tae kwon do business and him and his instructors reflect the true meaning behind this sport. I had my now 9 year old in this school since he was 6 and he achieved some amazing things - next year my now 5 year old will start there (he asks me about it every day). This is one of the better schools in Charlotte - not primarily about "fighting" or "self defense" but about control and body/mind liaison.
