  • Unacceptable, I've been going here for 4 years bc I love Dr. Jamie Beckmann, but unfortunately my next appointment will be my LAST. This front desk staff here is rude, unaccommodating and when you express your frustration they HANG UP ON YOU. I will be telling Dr. Beckmann at my next appointment, 'I hope you didn't put your initials in my appointment notes' -for the moron who hung up on me and will be losing their job. Negative stars if it were possible. I will be taking my business to One Health.
