  • WARNING I purchased eyebrow microblading for my fiance from Angel for Valentines Day. Based on her website, everything looked great and we were excited to get it done. Things started to take a turn for the worse while my fiance was in the chair having the microblading done. A hairdresser on the other side came in asking Angel if she has gotten her Arizona State license yet to which Angel replied no, I have not but I need to. That was just the begging. As Angel was finishing she took out a small mirror, mind you there are no large mirrors in her room and the room was kept dark. Upon looking in the small mirror, my girlfriend advised Angel that her Eyebrows looked uneven and to even them out. Angel then continued on her eyebrows and then was finished. When my fiance got into her car and started driving, she looked in the mirror and was struck with sheer horror. Her eyebrows were nowhere close to being even. One was thick and flat and the other was thin and arched. My Fiance called as well as text Angel that she needs to come back right now and fix her eyebrows, but Angel was with another client and would not. That evening, Angel text her back and said she cannot and will not touch them for several weeks and she had to deal with it. We immediately asked for our money back which Angel refused to do. She also refused to refund us for the touch appointment we never had nor would we have as Angel did that bad of a job. When I personally called Angel, she was defensive about the situation and said SHE WILL NOT GIVE US A REFUND. She told me she does not need to have a license in Arizona. Stay away from Angel and Flawless beauty. She provides poor work and her level of care and sensitivity is the worst I have ever experienced.
