  • I hit Hop Nuts up for part of a brewery crawl while I was down here for a conference. Our guide (not a commercial tour guide) phoned ahead and told them that 30 thirsty people would be coming. They said no problem. We showed up at 6pm for happy hour, and the staff were more than accommodating, serving all of us with a smile and speed. Most people got flights, but I got a pint of the Chocolate Moo Juice. Nom! They were happy to pour tasters, and I grabbed a taster of the Harry Porter which was pretty bland for me. I finished out with a pint of the Belgian Wit, another winner. The aesthetic is simple, prices are cheap and the staff are friendly. Who could ask for anything more?
