By no means a "Luxury" Spa.
For manicures - you are crammed into what seems like a small closet, sitting very close/nearly on top of the other person getting their nails done (basically in their conversation). I have gotten shellac multiple times, and each time the shellac has chipped on day 2. One time, the technician even made my nail bleed.
For the "spa" area, the locker room is also a small closet with a sink. If you need to use the restroom, it is public to the entire establishment. The waiting area for the spa is far from relaxing. It is very noisy, usually full of bacherolettes. It is not private at all and would not be considered a "getaway".
For massages - we did a couple's massage and were taken into a room that reminded me of a giant shower. It was cold in the room - not the warmth of the room and bed that I usually have during massages. Right away, the technician gave us a speech about how she would only use her fingers and palms and nothing else and refused to use any pressure. So basically the "massage" was just a very expensive rub down. My masseuse also left in the middle of my massage for a few minutes for I dont know the reason. The experience was certainly nothing special and I won't likely be using their facilities again.
