  • This is one of the worst places for customer service....4 out of 5 times, the order is not correct. I considered but decided to give it another try. They didn't let me down...after placing my order for a single pretzel bagel and waiting almost 15 minutes...was told that it was going to be another 15 minutes since they had run out of pretzel bagels. Not sure why I could not have been told that when I ordered and prior to standing there for so long. This place consistently provides horrible customer service and I am unsure why whoever owns it doesn't make approvements. There are so many negatives comments not only on this website, but also on the Next Door app for the community that they have to be aware. I will never make the mistake of going here again!
