  • If I could give these apartments a negative score I would.They are disgusting,I constantly had cockroaches and I constantly had my toilet and sinks leaking and overflowing. The staff is horrible,the people in the office are so rude to you and they don't know anything. The flooring and appliances and everything in the apartment are so cheap they just break and the flooring tears if you move anything on it. The worst part was finally moving out.i spent an entire day cleaning the apartment,cleaning the carpets and patching any nail holes.Then I get a bill for $350 saying they had to clean,replace all the carpet,and repaint the whole apartment due to damage. When I looked at the pictures they sent me I was shocked,all there was in the pictures were some scuff marks on the walls and a couple stains on the carpet that wouldn't come out. I would hardly call that damage,more like normal wear and tear. When I called and talked to Kelly she said there was so much damage that they had to repaint the whole apartment and when I brought up the fact that I thought my pet rent and deposit covered some pet damages she told me no and then told me that she's not even sure why people pay pet rent! So I called Denise west and she was so rude and told me that those scuff marks were not normal wear and tear and that I had 2 weeks to pay or they send it to collections. I told her I thought it was routine for apartments to repaint and put in new floors when someone moves out and she said no every five years they do that! Ewww! It was a total scam and no matter what I said they didn't care they just wanted their money. That place is a joke, it's gross, horrible management and idiot staff,and they totally scam you for money.so overpriced and not worth it and make sure to take pictures and demand a walk through when you leave or they will accuse you of wrecking the place.
