  • Giving two stars because I do love the work they do. However, I've only been to this salon twice and I noticed they were using unsterile tools both times. They place them in peel packs which makes it appear that they are using a clean set of tools on you. Working in the healthcare field, particularly with sterile instruments every day, I can tell you theirs were never even placed in a sterilizer. The package would be sealed and the packaging would change color. To make a long story short, if they are not taking the time to sterilize or even disinfect their instruments I will not be returning. I had high hopes since it was a new place closer to home, but it's not worth an infection or fungus. :-(
