  • Worse service ever, technicians don't know what they are doing. Their office and even all 3 locations' supervisor keep on lying about getting parts, scheduling the service, fixing or showing up. Unfortunately service scheduled by First American Home Buyer Protection (home warranty company) otherwise I would never deal with them.
