  • Went in search of a book the other day. The girl behind the counter was less than helpful. She had no idea what book I was talking about (despite it being a highly-talked-about Best Seller), had NO idea where it would be located in the store (even though I provided Genre, Title, Author, and practically the preface of the book), and she had some kinda of death metal nonsense music playing in the background.
