  • A lot of complexes claim to be luxury living, but aren't. That is not the case with The Stetson. I moved in three days ago and am loving every bit of living here!! The grounds and common areas are pristine, my apartment is quiet and overlooks the gorgeous pool. The maintenance staff and leasing agents are amazing and attentive. They personally introduced themselves in case I need anything. I think the gym is something to be noted- it is a smart gym with apps enabled on the fitness equipment to track your fitness progress. A cycle room allows you to take live classes ( basically I will never need a gym membership). Everything is fob entrance/exit so I feel extremely safe. They are brand new so some construction is still occurring but I haven't seen any excess debris, the halls are still spotless and I haven't heard any noise. As far as restaurants nearby, there are plenty of amazing choices. My recommendation is that if you are worried about noise, pick a unit facing inward and not on a side with restaurants (though in my experience of walking around, there hasn't been any noise loud enough to constitute defining this as a "noisy place to live". Overall, this gem is well worth the price and I couldn't be happier with my choice.
