My hubby kept trying to get the kid and I to this place. He had been with a friend and came home raving about it. I thought it sounded interesting, but our 9-y-o really didn't seem that thrilled. As we all know, kids these days barely know what a pinball machine is.
We were being lazy on a recent Sunday afternoon so we decided to give it a try. I was shocked when we pulled up and the parking lot was full! We walked in and I was immediately in love. OMG I felt like a kid again and I loved all the retro machines. Needless to say, the kid was bowled over and decided that it was pretty cool.
We got maybe $10 or $15 dollars in quarters and had a blast. I loved seeing so many generations in this place. There were little kids all the way to grandparents and everyone was having a great time.
I think the only that would make this place better is a bar. I could totally dig playing these games with a nice, cold beer!
