  • The battery in my watch needed replacement and my regular jeweler had moved to the East Valley. After reading other reviews on Yelp and driving past Ganam Jewelers for several years, I decided to give it a try. I had another watch in need of a battery so I took it as well. I was warmly greeted by Steve. Since one of my watches is an expensive piece, I wanted reassurance that care would be taken. The expensive piece is a bit tricky and he had another associate help with that one rather than risk damage. That cinched it for me. I was dealing with an honorable business with great customer service, and a manager who wouldn't risk damage to my jewelry in the name of speed. This is my new jeweler.
