  • Poor communication, safety recall on Ford Escape and parts are on back order??, car returned with back seats out of place and grease all over the seat belt.... extremely disappointing. Came with the impression that the car was ready for pick up but had to sit in the waiting area while they corrected their sloppy work. Will not be coming back to this Ford dealership. You get one chance to make a good impression and they left a bitter taste in my mouth....
