  • I started going to Miranda a few months ago after moving from Pennsylvania to Phoenix. I was very pleased with her work and continued going to her, but that changed...I wanted to go from blonde to brunette to save on time and money after having my second child in Nov. I brought in some pictures of what I had done in the past, but she convinced me to try something different. The turn out wasn't what she showed me in a pic or described, but I was very happy with it. Well, my hair kept lightening back to blonde and she had me come in to redo the color. This happened a total of 3 times after the initial color. The left side had chunky blonde highlights, the right looked frosted and the back was brunette. The last time, she was very rude to me, washed my hair in cold water and didn't even wash the top section of my hair. She made it very clear that she didn't want me to come back. She did try to put the blame on the shampoo I use which is for color treated hair so, I made sure to use the shampoo I purchased from her in the past daily instead of alternating it with the color safe shampoo and yet again, my hair is 3 different color, one side looks like chunky highlights and the other looks frosted. I wanted this change only to safe on time and money now that I have 2 kids under the age of 3, but it actually ended up being for of a hassle and more expensive on my part. The way she treated me was also uncalled for and I will be looking for a new stylist!
