  • I bought some expensive ladies dress shoes that came with a delicate leather sole. I was advised that if I want to wear these shoes more than one night I should get a new sole applied to the bottom before I even wear them. I took them to Monroe St Shoe Repair, and they did a Beautiful Job! The shoes still look delicate and lovely, but with a much hardier bottom. You can't even see the new bottom from the side of the shoe. I also brought in an old pair of Men's shoes, which they shined up and revitalized.
