  • A neighbor recommended this appliance parts store since she was satisfied with their service. I had freezer problem that was caused by a defective condenser fan motor. They suggested a motor used in the Subzero fridge, less expensive than the original GE motor. I installed the motor without a problem and it worked well. After couple of weeks the same GE fridge developed defrosting problem. Called Baldo for troubleshooting suggestions, he spent the necessary time telling me what to look for and thanks to his expertise found that the heather had burned. The multiple times that I contacted them via telephone and visits at the store, Nick and Baldo were very helpful, knowledgeable and I never felt rushed. I will come back to this store when need arises.
