My party of 4 successfully escaped the "Contaminated Hospital' room and honestly, I wasn't too impressed by it. For sure, it wasn't a bad experience and I actually thought it was thrilling when they blindfolded us in the beginning to lead us into the room. However, as this is not my first rodeo with escape rooms, there was just something about the design of the puzzles that didn't sit quite right with me. I wouldn't say there were flaws, but it just wasn't.. as smooth and well transitioned as other rooms I've been to.
The staff were very nice and helpful throughout the entire experience but sorry-not-sorry, I really don't buy into the "4.8% success rate" that the employees so adamantly emphasized. I genuinely don't believe that out of 20 groups that play, only 1 escapes (seeing as my group and the group before us were successful, that's already 2/2 in my eyes).
