The world is worse-off with this company still operating- or at least attempting to operate.
Whoever they paid to get on insurance company's emergency call lists deserves all of their money because this place is a complete joke & is the last company I ever want to depend on in an emergency.
We ended up on the side of the freeway for 4 hours thanks to charity towing & we were eventually rescued by Apache Sands towing.
The initial wait time quote was about an hour & a half. We kept getting text updates that they were on schedule & then they never showed. When we called them the woman we spoke to in the shop informed us that they only had one tow truck & that "it went down" & said with no sense of urgency or apology they'd come when they could. Shortly after calling progressive back & pleading with them to find us a new tow company we received a new text that once again, charity towing would be there within an hour & a half. While this is partially an issue with progressive, after reading Charity's yelp page- this seems indicative of how they operate on a daily basis.
If you don't want to tow people, why are you a towing company? Do everyone a favor & close your doors for good.
I literally joined yelped to write this review.
