  • We have had an exceptionally poor experience with this management company. There were many issues with the property from the start that should have been resolved prior to a tenant moving in. We were treated like it was our fault that things that should be working properly would constantly be breaking down and causing issues. The expense to continually repair these issues are places on the tenant. Debra is always much nicer to deal with and tries her best to help the tenant and provide good customer service. Kyle is extremely unprofessional and rude and does the least he can to help the tenant.
