So it's 10:30am on a Saturday morning. I'm trying to be a good student by doing my work. Turn on the computer and BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP. I do all the typical n00b things like restarting it, blowing out dust, reading the useless manual. Nope. I panic and at this point, am willing to pay for help than wake up my slightly-more-technologically-adept friends, who will presumably sleep till 3pm or later.
Using the only source of Internet access I have left, my phone tells me there's a place who will fix my computer within 2 miles of home! Yes! I lug my computer over and Charlie was AWESOME, professional and extremely friendly. He is clearly knowledgeable about computers. He told me what was wrong, fixed it in 20 minutes and made sure I was happy. He even brought my desktop out to my car for me..
The next time my computer has problems (hopefully never of course), I will definitely take it here. Now my computer makes its cool WHOOSHHHH sound when it starts up (the correct one, if you haven't figured it out). :D
