| - Poor service for such high prices! Being a local, it doesn't benefit me to go to a nail salon near the strip. However, I've patronized this business because it's owned by a Las Vegan. Each time I've gone the service is inconsistent across the board. Though, today takes the cake! The shop was dusty, yet cleaning supplies were out, the nail polish looked unsanitary, the couches had tears and missing the back cushion on one, and the tech (while nice) didn't have a high level skill set. Instead of using nail polish remover to take off my clear polish, she used an emory board which left scrapes on my skin. So you can imagine how it felt when she finally used nail polish remover and polish! When she made a mistake, instead of using remover and a cotton ball she used her finger to swipe all of the polish off of my big toe. She was easily distracted and I had to inform her to correct her not using remover, otherwise she was going to put my color on my nail without a base coat. A couple of times she started to paint my nail then went off with a colleague with half of my toe painted, which left inconsistency in color. Upon completion to test if my toes had dried enough for me to leave she touched each toe! Who does that?! The icing on the cake was her cheerily saying "okay you're finished"! While my shoes were behind the massage chair and she didn't offer to hand me my shoes or provide the temporary flip flops. So, I'm guessing she expected me to place my freshly pedicured feet onto the floor! I had to request her providing the temporary flip flops and assisting me with them so I wouldn't ruin my pedicure. I was just so happy to leave! However, paying $42 for a pedi (including tip), it's very annoying to receive such lackluster service, with such nonchalance, and in a dusty environment! I will not be returning!
