  • Bad customer service. Only thing they worry is about selling you a car. Don't dare to ask them to do something that's included on your policy cause they react as if you ask them for a free new car. Oh and make sure you dress with nice clothes because if you come in your gym clothes they look you up and down and treat you as if you were a bump.
