  • I have rented here for 2 months so far and have nothing but great things to say about this place. The office staff are always very polite, friendly, and eager to help me with any problems that I have. The maintenance and security staff are equally helpful and friendly. The complex itself is a nice getaway from traditional Phoenix with trees and shade everywhere. It really does feel like you are in a different city sometimes. Pros: Great staff, gated, forested, security at night, shaded pool, close to the light rail, utilities included, free laundry, cable included, covered parking, quiet. For the price with utilities included, you will find nothing that comes even close to this place. I would recommend Forest Park Apartments to anyone.
