  • I went in on Feb. 17th for an Oil Change and ended up with a seized engine. (They broke a bolt that holds in the oil filter). The dealer principle does not answer his letters. Two independent mechanics have confirmed it. I had to pay $4800.00 plus 8 days rental of trucks and vans, I received no money from Universal.
