  • I had high hopes for this place when they first announced they'd be opening a location on Toronto St. But sad to say I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the RCK original with steak. I did like that they have an option where you can sub the rice for kale. But the meat was so charred that all you could taste was burnt meat. I will give Rose City one last try, this location opened fairly recently and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But I'll be staying away from the steak and getting chicken or beef.
