First off I never write reviews. I tried 0 stars but I guess 1 star is the lowest option.
I guess I can't fault the doctor because I never met her... I arrived at 12:45, was brought in back for blood pressure (which was taken as it would have been in the 90s / old school and inaccurate) at 1:10. Then I sat in the room unattended for 50 minutes. At 2:00 I asked how long it was going to take and they said it's hard to tell.
I explained that 30-45 minutes of waiting is reasonable but over an hour is completely unacceptable. I was told "these kinds of things take a while; I've been in the business since 1992 and usually wait times are at least an hour to an hour and a half." My response was "I've been going to the doctors since 1987 and I've never waited an hour and 15 minutes in my life."
They asked if I could come on Saturday and I said "if I'm not going to wait an hour I can come in any day of the week but my time is too valuable to sit around for anyone this long." They suggested changing my PCP. Done.
