We have been loyal members for over 2 years and were recently transferred to an area outside of the 25 mile radius for a Massage Envy.
We have credits for months of massages that Massage Envy will not honor, will not transfer and will not refund us our money.
The only reason we are even getting out of being charged for the balance of this years contract is that we are submitting a utility bill that shows we have relocated to outside of their area.
POOR customer service, Massage Envy, you should be ashamed of yourself that you reprimand your customers for moving outside of your service area by financially hitting them.
