I bought a mini Shetland Sheepdog and Petland referred me to Blue Cross Animal Hospital close by Hualapai and flamingo.
I had 5 days from day I bought my puppy to have him checked by that VET.
We called and got an appointment 48h later on Sunday!
The lady at the front desk took us in a room right away.
The assistant Johnny came and took the vitals of my little Muppett.
I never had a puppy before and asked so many questions. He was very patient and while examining Muppett was answering me :)
Exam room was clean and spacious. He gave me some tips that i truly appreciate.
then Dr TAK came in. He was very very knowledgeable and compassionate!
Even Petland pay for the first visit and you have to go to Blue Cross Animal Hospital, I can say that Dr Tak is caring for your pet and not "working for" Petland ...
He noticed Muppett had a "Hernia repair" and that his Little balls were not there. On the paper Petland did not mention he was neutered.
Dr Tak took the issue in hand and promised to call me back with that information. Even Muppett is 2 months old he said it was commun if puppy had Hernia Repair to get neutered at the same time!
Dr Tak called me the following day, no info were given yet but he would keep me in the loop as soon the breeder and Petland returns his call.
Today 1 week after Muppett joined our family, he was breathing weird and sneezing/coughing.
I called at 5:30pm see if they could check on my little one because that horrible breathing sounded painful, they told me to bring him in right away.
Another Vet examined him. Even Dr Tak wasn't in today, looks like communication was transmitted because the Vet I saw today "knew" Muppett history!
Thank so much for Muppett's care!! Great Caring VET!!! I will highly recommend this practice for your pet.
They are open 7 days a week!
