Unfortunately, Trisha S. and I have had the same experience. Initially even getting an answer on the phone to view the property we were interested in was difficult. Had I known this same person would be my point of contact always, I would have seriously reconsidered. While in the house, the dishwasher cover fell off, rather than fix it, the manager just never followed up. It took six months and a second request to get it corrected.
We actually renewed our lease, because we weren't quite ready to buy. The process to move out, however, has been riddled with lies and misinformation from the staff who we have dealt with. Julie is one of the most unpleasant people I've ever done business with, and I would recommend you to stay WAY clear of these people.
Now we have received the move out inspection report and they have charged us for items noted on move in!! These people are seriously lacking in integrity!
