  • How are you gonna have a huge ad showcasing and advertising a "blonde quad americano" as the first thing you see at a drive through then when I ask about it you know NOTHING about it, then make me sound dumb for asking?? Then instead of asking someone about it just say "I absolutely know nothing about the signage at the drive through".......ummmmm soooo can you inquire and ask someone that does??? So what exactly is your job??? It's like having a waiter not know about the menu??? So annoying, ESPECIALLY how she ended everything with "hun" NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!
