  • I am not proud to be the duchess of the AZ MVD. I didn't want to be here today but I have to get a level 2 inspection. Apparently, Ky will not accept the level 1 because it is not performed by officer of the law. I blame Ky for this. However, I had to come here. I had to take a day off to do it, and now they tell me they are legally prohibited from filling out another state's paperwork. WTF? (They don't bother to mention this on their website, BTW). Ok. They tell me to check with the local PD to get it done. I already checked with Scottsdale PD, they're the ones that sent me to the MVD. I would definitely advise against buying a car in Az if you live out of state. At this point, I'd say screw this and take the car back to the dealership if I could. Why must everything be so difficult?
