I started training at Raw Fitness in Oct 2013. My goal was to put on muscle and increase my athletic performance in order to keep up with the 20-somethings I play against in various soccer leagues.
In 4 short months the results have been incredible. The difference on the field has made a huge difference and we're just getting started.
