  • Not only did they mess up my order twice, but all the employees, including the manager, looked miserable. They showed no sign of interest whatsoever. I kept giving them excuses until they went too far. One of the ladies gives me a tray with ketchup stains all over the edges. She doesn't bother cleaning it but rather just puts a sheet on top of it. Driving down the road to find another McDonald's is worth the gas. Trust me.
