  • I normally don't come to a Walgreens as they are much more expensive than going to Walmart to get medicine or other pharmacy items. Walgreens is pretty much a last resort spot if I can't find what I want somewhere else. This particular spot is located on W Thunderbird Road right off the I-17, which makes this spot particularly convenient and easy to get to. This location carries the same items as you'd find in any Walgreens location and the prices are the same as well for their items. This location also has an alcohol section where you can buy your favorite beers, wines, and hard alcohols. Prices again are higher than going to Walmart or Winco. Staff here seem very friendly and helpful. All employees do seem to be older, so it does take a long time at the registers. I had only two people ahead of me in line with just a couple of items each and it still took about 10 minutes to get to me. Not a big deal since I wasn't in a rush, but something to keep in mind when shopping here. The store was clean and organized. It was very easy for me to find what I needed as each category was in it's proper area. I do like how they offer several different kinds of one item for people to choose from so I wasn't forced to buy the most expensive item.
