  • I want to first clarify this post and indicate that this rating is based on their scheduling and follow up; I never made it to the actual work phase. I have been working with Kristopher for the past two months trying to get an estimate for a spill way repair where pebbletec was used. I understand that March is probably a busy season, but I waited three weeks to get an estimate. During this time, I called and left numerous messages and pictures to remind him. After the fourth week, I called Tribal Waters to ask to get someone else to help, and instead they forwarded my call back to Kristopher; who continues to not get back to me. To say I am disappointed and unsatisfied with Tribal Waters is an understatement. Both Tribal Waters and Kristopher completely dropped the ball on this one and lost a sale. This would have been an easy job and an easy way to make money for them. Instead, due to poor follow up and customer service, this is a missed opportunity. I have contracted another pool company to do the work, and will never be using Tribal Waters again.
